流瀉的旋律

It's late in the evening.

She's wondering what clothes to wear.
She puts on her make-up and brushes her long black hair.
And then she asks him, "Do I look all right?"
And he says, "Yes, you look wonderful tonight."

They go to a party.
And everyone turns to see.
This beautiful lady is walking around with him.
And then she asks him, "Do you feel all right?"
And he says, "Yes, I feel wonderful tonight."

He feels wonderful because he sees the love light in her eyes.
And the wonder of it all is that she just doesn't realize how much he loves her.

It's time to go home now.
And he has got an aching head.
So he gives her the car keys and she helps him to bed.
And then he tells her as he turns out the light.
He says, "My darling, you were wonderful tonight.
Oh, my darling, you were wonderful tonight."
